O concurso destinava-se à criação de uma cautela da lotaria nacional usando a temática da portugalidade como inspiração.

Que melhor para representar o País do que a nossa gastronomia que para muitos, nativos e não só, é a melhor do mundo. Esta taluda denominada como a primeira de uma possível coleção gastronómica representa um prato bem tradicional e num ambiente bem "à portuguesa", o nosso cozido.
